Jury date : Applications/images starting January 15th for 2021 International Plein Air Painters Signature Membership
Application deadline : February 10, 2021
Notification : by email: March 15, 2021
IMAGE Requirements: Submit 6 plein air painting images at 200 ppi resolution, 900 pixels on the longest side, cropped with no frame or anything in background showing and properly focused.
All images should be of professional quality.
Images should be named : App-Signature last name-first name-title-medium-size (or we won't be able to find you in our editing program)
No commas – hyphens – apostrophies - quotation marks or special symbols
Example of how it should look : App_Signature_lastname_firstname_title_medium_size_#1 (#1-6)
Please don't send low quality images
Using a lower image resolution and enlarging it will not be of the quality required for jury.
You are judged solely on the quality of the images you send
Unfortunately, we cannot accept zip files or images imbedded in a document.
You can send 2 or 3 emails with subject line : Name and 1 of 3, 2 of 3 emails, etc is fine.

100 word Artist Statement, Bio, Awards, shows, associations, representation, etc. should be a separate doc. file
Please state percentage of your work representing en plein air painting.

Applications not following requirements are disqualified by the Advisory Panel, as following requirements of what is being juried is part of the professional status .
Emails with images - include 2021 App-Signature last name-first name-title-medium-size with your doc file - number them 1-6
No application will be accepted later than the date stated to be fair to everyone.
We trust artist integrity that pieces submitted are en plein air and no more than 10% finishing was done off site.

Make sure your PayPal payment can be linked to your application info for verification (as in attach your name in the PP note area)
«Awarded Signature Status 2021 – membership fee is $50.00 per year Jan 1 – Dec 31
and included is a personal page with information you provide and up to 12 images that can be changed twice per year.
